Responsibilities

Management of a 2-D illustration production team (illustration skills/experience not required)
In cooperation with the art director, balance quality and productivity to maximize team output
Carry out PL and cost analysis to ensure project profitability
Create artist hiring strategy to meet demand
Responsible for task assignment and progress management using Excel etc
Finished product will be delivered to headquarters in Japan
Communicate closely with Japan HQ to ensure satisfaction with the product
Revise work flows and team structure as required, in cooperation with the Art Director
Schedule evaluation and training of team members in cooperation with the Art Director
Experienced at coordinating strategic projects in fast-pace environment
