Vista Musical Instruments is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in USA, UK and APAC, and is a division of Caldecott Music Group.

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented Artist and Community Specialist to oversee the Swee Lee Creators program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, curation, and managing influencer and creator relationships. In collaboration with regional specialists, the candidate will be responsible for creating and curating content across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Swee Lee Creators program, ensuring the program\'s success and growth in line with the company\'s objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and musicians across South East Asia.
• Collaborate with regional specialists to create and curate engaging content for various channels, including social media, blog, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a sense of community and engagement among creators, influencers, and musicians.
• Plan and execute events and workshops to support the development of creators and influencers in the region.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging artists, and popular platforms to ensure the content remains fresh and relevant.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and product management, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

• A passion for music is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community and artist or influencer relationship management
• Background in brand, retail or B2C agency
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Media & Communications, Marketing Comms, or similar field is a plus
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular office hours, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate global campaign timelines
