Job Description


Tasks

  • You will focus on the development, business acquisition and project management of our sustainability services. You will be responsible for managing services like inspection, auditing, testing and advisory projects mainly in the field of climate change, energy storage, green energy, ESG (Environment and Social Governance), water stewardship and energy efficiency.
  • Be responsible for the P&L of the new Sustainability Service product in ASEAN. Manage, nurture & grow key strategic accounts at regional level to increase revenue share.
  • Work across business units, divisions, regions, and technical departments as well as with Key Account Managers to identify the necessary sustainability service solutions to develop, grow and roll-out sustainability services in the region to create value for our customers e.g., green hydrogen, climate change advisory, energy storage, water and energy efficiency etc.
  • Manage product development and innovation projects from ideation, through product concept, Minimum Viable Products (MVP) development & piloting to product ramp-up (hand over to operations).
  • Coordinate with the different internal technical and operational departments to go through the product development process.
  • Establishing and maintaining the relevant sustainability technical knowledge with external experts, technical/scientific institutions, industrial associations, and regulatory authorities. Forge new strategic partnerships with stakeholders such as government agencies, research institutes, and pilot customers.
  • Support the sales enablement of our current and new sustainability services by providing technical sales support and leading a structured training program to selected regional key account managers.
  • Build and optimize relationships with sustainability product groups and community in the region.

Qualifications
  • Minimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical/Production/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in strategic sales in TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) sector, and involved in consultation work at strategic or management level.
  • Experience in the industry-specific field of sustainability sales, customer interface and a deep understanding of the market and policies preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise on these key topics: climate change, resource efficiency, energy, carbon, sustainable materials, and circular economy of supply chains.
  • Open-minded, flexible, self-starter with a positive outlook
