Job Description
A globally recognised consumer brand client is looking for an experienced Asia Head of Commerical Excellence and Development to join its regional office Singapore.As part of the centre of excellence, this strategic business partnering role drives sales excellence and critical commercial directions, to enable growth across all the brand\'s channels in APAC markets.This leadership role will lead a highly experienced team (of directors and managers) across countries and functions.The high-visibility position is a member of the APAC leadership team, as well as APAC\'s critical voice representation to brand\'s global HQ.Key responsibilities
- Lead all commercial activities in the different APAC local markets, including understanding customer needs, managing product portfolio, driving revenue, and executing channel strategies
- Enable APAC local markets\' leaders on the development of strategic commercial growth plans, leverage regional insights, and implement best global practices to drive successes
- Foster a strong, collaborative team, grow sales and channel capabilities
- Proven track record in key accounts management, channel development, business development, sales leadership
- Deep understanding of APAC retail markets
- Thrive in a highly collaborative and matrix organisation
- Frequent business travels to APAC markets
