Support the execution and impact measurement of tactics covering the full spectrum of product portfolios across all Business Units.
Maintain a strong focus on customer segmentation, sales force sizing, territory mapping, incentive design, selling skills, etc. This includes marketing and sales processes, as well as the measurement of campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
Streamline analytics and reporting and deploy enterprise-wide commercial effectiveness tools in the region, including roll-out and training.
Collaborate in the strategic transformation efforts of CRM usage, configuration, and reporting. Identify and address gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements to maximise user productivity and system efficiency.
Work with the country lead team stakeholders to drive the Global and Regional Commercial Excellence agenda and deliverables.

Bachelor\'s degree in business or pharmacy.
5-8 years of experience in commercial excellence within pharmaceuticals, generics, or medical devices.
Consulting experience in Commercial Effectiveness with global pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Hands-on experience with CRM, CPQ, Segmentation, and Territory mapping tools.
Exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and analytical prowess.
Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of an Asian dialect is a plus.
Comfortable with up to 40% travel.
