We are looking for an Asia IS/IT Specialist to be part of our exciting Nespresso team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing system and business level support to Nespresso Asia Markets. This includes troubleshooting applications and solutions for our internal clients and business units, performing campaigns and products articles creations in Nespresso proprietary ERP system. You will also assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications training programs and related applications documentation.

A day in the life of...

User and Business Support:

  • Provides first level technical support and fulfill requests for Office Locations, Boutiques, Call Centers, and 3rd Party Partners.
  • Perform products articles creations and modifications in ERP system.
  • Fulfill ticket requests and maintain requests tracking system (ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with users and other Nespresso and Nestle support groups to troubleshoot reported problems. Escalate to Analysts when required.
  • Communicates application problems and issues to Analysts and Managers.
  • Assist in periodic testing of enterprise systems in accordance with the global versioning and release calendar.
  • Manages users\' on and off boarding process which may include but not limited to workstations imaging, creating and removing users\' profiles in all required systems, provides users with necessary hardware and software.
System Administration:
  • Supports administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users. Support users access modifications in accordance with the system security rules.
  • Support routine system security audits in all ERP environments to ensure all users are appropriately provisioned for their work function.
  • Support routine periodic activities in ERP system as directed by Asia IS/IT Manager to provide supporting information for organization and management.
  • Collaborates with other Analysts and Specialists in the market as well as responsible Nespresso and Nestle teams to assure that all tests are being performed correctly.
  • Keep up-to-date user access rights\' functional matrix and perform annual recertification.
Administration:
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of Nespresso Markets\' fixed assets
  • Plan fixed assets upgrade, refreshment, extension, and disposal cycle
  • Collaborate with Markets\' IT coordinators on procurements (PO/CAPEX creation requests) and ensure deliveries
  • Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation related to policies and processes managed by IS/IT department, continuously assesses and improves ITSM Knowledge Base and related areas.
What will make you successful
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of helpdesk experience and/or 1 year of system analyst experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-national and fast paced environment
  • Experience in supporting ERP (preferably in-house) application.
  • Ability to develop and interpret documentation for training and end user procedures.
  • Proven experience with problem solving and troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
  • Have excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and presentation) with strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Ability in applying analytical thinking in understanding and resolving problematic and complex situations and issues (analytical thinking).
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and able to incorporate critical and logical thinking in every day\'s tasks.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in timely manner to all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
