What will you be doing?



Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Asia, this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on role and requires an individual who is not afraid to take a challenge and turn it into an opportunity.


You will be responsible for elevating Argus\xe2\x80\x99 brand and generating quality leads to contribute to our business in Asia. The key responsibility is to plan and execute effective online and offline marketing programmes via suitable marketing channels.


Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and oversee the delivery of our content development and execution strategy. This includes writing content, briefing and managing copywriting resources such as the marketing collaterals.
  • Develop demand and lead generation campaigns (offline and online) in collaboration with the sales team to drive awareness and revenue.
  • Manage the promotion of campaigns to drive funnel engagement to support tactical initiatives, including events, webinars, sponsorships, product launches, general outreach, etc.
  • Proactively stay ahead of B2B demand generation and marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee the ongoing management of the company\xe2\x80\x99s B2B brand website and all social channels. Regularly share findings with stakeholders to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Work cohesively with the regional and global marketing team to evaluate, implement and launch new products suited to the Asia markets.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives by tracking and analysing results and optimising accordingly.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for in you

You are an enthusiastic and proactive person who is keen to join our team in Singapore with a fantastic work culture. Ideally, you will be able to tick most of these boxes:

  • At least 3 years of proven track record in B2B marketing, with experience in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Be happy to roll up your sleeves and do what is required to support the team and successful outcomes for the business.
  • International/regional marketing experience is a plus.
  • Possess a willingness to learn the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, new tools and applications such as Marketo (marketing automation)
  • An interest in the energy and commodities industry is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication.

Travel

Hours

Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Earlier or later hours, or weekend hours, may be expected on occasion.
