Job Description


Responsible to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in Singapore. Driving customer and consumer satisfaction through collaboration and acting as the contact point/person between the Marketing, Product Management to achieve sales and achieving customer intimacy whilst driving operational excellence.

The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Regional Marketing Manager & support Country Leaders in all marketing communication & brand building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute the agreed trade marketing strategy with the Sales Manager
  • Strategize to ensure trade marketing activities drive sell-out and overall brand growth.
  • Plan and secure ideal slots for the road show & activities and effective executions, in accordance with promotion objectives
  • Work closely with the sales leaders and trade partners to achieve maximum sell-thru.
  • Manage user online experience throughout the consumer decision journey and ensures integration of relevant digital touchpoints; monitor and drive overall performance of digital marketing channels through live optimization of plans and communications.
  • Improve website visibility and overall traffic; Social influencers to build genuine brand advocacy across product categories; liaise with Regional Marketing team to ensure timely and gold class product content on marketplace.
  • Accountable for effectiveness of digital plans of all product campaigns led by marketing team and ensure adherence to the organization\'s Brand guidelines.
  • Develop e-commerce contents and drive traffic to brand shops to support online sell-out.
  • Planning promotional mechanics, in-store activities, ensuring timely sell-in\'s and campaign implementation
  • Turn the \xe2\x80\x9cselling stories\xe2\x80\x9d into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to customers.
  • Manage the point of sales materials by finding the most efficient solutions to attain eye level primary and secondary instore location.
  • Support local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated.
  • Ensure that feedback is taken into account by visiting sales teams, customers and stores on a regular basis.
  • Create post-campaign reports.
  • Ensure new launches and brand guidelines are aligned and implemented in-store in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with digital channel partners (Google, Facebook etc.) to drive thought leadership and innovative strategies.
  • Develop online (range) assets for strong product and promotional visibility on juzshoppee.com and marketplace.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor\'s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Digital Marketing and Branding, TV & Audio, Marketing Channels, Marketing Strategies, Creativity, Strong presentation and Communication, Planning, leadership, Reporting.
  • Solid experience in digital performance marketing experience.
  • Experience in working with digital and media agencies to manage campaign and media performances.
