The Company

You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapores public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class.

Responsibilities

• Support in managing a team of clerical officers and assist in the planning of their work-shift patterns.
• Act as the System Administrator for TSPs Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Support Management in TSPs Budgetary Planning and Costings:
• Support in TSPs Resource Planning for short- and long-term plans
• Support in analyzing of TSPs Profit/Loss and proposing of cost-effective solutions
• Continuous tracking and reviewing of TSPs revenues and expenditures
• Assist in preparing and developing of department contracts for both existing and new supplier, and constantly monitoring the validity of each contract.
• Assist in preparing and developing of various documentations (e.g. Tender, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s, Reports, etc.) and monitor the validity of each documentation.
• Coordinate with various teams to manage all TSP-related Assets information (e.g. consolidating of Asset Registers, SOPs, Reports, etc.).
• Support Supply Chain Team in procurement and incoming/outgoing QC checks when required.
• Perform Physical Asset condition assessment in accordance to LTA requirements.
• Support in the planning and forecasting of TSPs Asset Management (e.g. Assets Life Cycle).
• Assist in the gathering of information related to TSPs operations and activities for Audit-purposes.
• Assist in the planning and conducting of Internal Audits for TSP to ensure Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes are in line with SOPs and Work Instruction (WI)s.
• Support Management in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by Management.

• Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field and experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Possess strong ability and accuracy in terms of receiving and processing instructions/information.
• Able to work well independently and in a team under a challenging and fast-paced environment.
