Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to fulfil a key role in our Asian operations based in our Singapore office. This role has come about due to continued growth in the region, and our commitment to continually work with our clients through the entire asset life cycle.

You will work in a dynamic and progressive office involved in both local, and international projects. Some of the award-winning and iconic projects we have locally completed or are currently involved in include:

Star at Vista Exchange, NTU Innovation Centre, Galaxis, Apple Flagship Marina Bay, Changi Jewel, Changi Airport Terminal 5, BCA Academy Super Low Energy Building, and Big Tech.

Mott MacDonald is a global consultancy, and you will work closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultant teams. We have excellent career development programs and training opportunities.

You will be supporting a growing number of projects and liaising directly with our business leaders in the Built Environment, Advisory, Transport Sectors, Water and Energy sectors both locally, and in the Region.

The responsibilities of this key business role will include;

• Leading the delivery of projects and oversight of the project team
• Account lead for Asset Services, and contribute to growing the team capabilities in this space.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients on our key accounts
• Scope and lead feasibility, due diligence, and technical advisory for asset enhancement and asset repositioning works
• Development of bespoke asset management strategies and ongoing asset improvement plans.
• Advise and scope resiliency studies of buildings assets aligned to climate change and critical facilities.
• Provide digital solutions and digital strategies for asset management, operations, and reporting
• Technical analysis of low energy/carbon and sustainability strategies for both new and existing assets
• Support and cultivate cross sector opportunities in our Buildings, Advisory, Transport, Water and Energy businesses in the region.
• Work closely with other MM regional and international offices

In addition, you will participate in business development activities, project management, financial management and business leadership activities. Mott MacDonald is actively pushing the boundaries in our Digital solutions, and part of the role will be to ensure that we continue to integrate digital solutions into the way we deliver our work.
