Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Help manage daily cleaning operations at client sites. Support the Operations Manager to make sure cleaning is done right, on time, and safely.

Key Duties

Help schedule cleaning teams for offices, homes, and commercial buildings. Visit job sites to check if cleaning meets quality standards. Talk to cleaning staff and supervisors to fix problems. Help keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment. Write simple reports on team work and client feedback. Help train new cleaning staff. Work with customers to solve complaints. Follow safety rules (MOM & SG Clean standards).

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, or operations. Must have experience supervising cleaning teams (10+ workers). Must be able to walk, stand, and visit sites daily. Must be able to lift and carry light equipment (e.g., cleaning tools, reports). Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays when needed. Must be able to read, write, and speak English (to write reports and talk to clients). Must know how to use basic apps or tools (like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or scheduling apps).
