• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Review monthly management accounts submitted by subsidiaries, including trend analysis with explanation.
• Assist in the planning, preparing and coordination of the annual budgeting process.
• Maintain accounting records of the Company and subsidiaries.
• Provide assistance to subsidiaries in accountings, auditing, tax, secretarial and financial matters.
• Conduct operational, financial and stock audits of subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance by subsidiaries to Group policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls.
• Preparing GST returns, updating and monitoring of daily cash flow.
• Preparing and maintaining all relevant accounting schedules, reconciliations and other related matters.
• Occasional travel to Malaysia (Johor Bahru, Ipoh and Penang) and Bangkok subsidiaries may be required.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• LCCI / ACCA / Diploma or Degree in Accounts / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience.
• Meticulous, strong analytical skills and knowledge of full sets of accounts.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with ability to work independently and as a team with positive attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to multi task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• 5 working days per week.
