Assistant Accountant

Job Description
- Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30pm - 6pm
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Experience in consolidation is a must
- Permanent
- Prepare consolidated accounts for the group, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement and relevant schedules;
- Prepare/review statutory account for the group and ensure compliance with FRS and China GAAP;
- Review and analyze monthly management reports, prepare monthly reporting for Management and Board\'s review;
- Assist to prepare China Consol Group reporting on a quarterly basis;
- Act as a "Technical Consultant" and provide technical support to finance team in subsidiaries;
- Liaise with external auditors on audit/accounting issues as well as ensure that the companies meet and comply with all accounting, tax, legislative and regulative requirement;
- Other responsibilities include budgetary control and report to CFO
- Minimum 3-4 years\' experience in group reporting and consolidation, preferably in a MNC environment or an audit firm.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, ACCA or CPA.
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Strong ability in cross-cultural collaboration.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, preferably in Macros and V-look up.
- Knowledge in accounting principles and guidelines (IFRS, China GAAP etc.).
