Job Description


:

\xc2\xb7 Assist in procurement and tender\xe2\x80\x99s documentation and processes (e.g., consolidate requirements, quotations/price schedules, compute costing and evaluation scores etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Assist in liaising with suppliers for procurement matters.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in reviewing and proofreading food and nutrition related contents/guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Provide other administrative supports where necessary (i.e., e-filing, monthly monitoring and reporting of audit findings etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in other projects, if necessary

Working Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Imm)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)

Location: Near Outram Park MRT

Salary: $11-$15/H

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

\xc2\xb7 Detailed-oriented and meticulous personality will be strongly preferred; proactive, fast-and-keen learner.

\xc2\xb7 Able to commit till end of contract.
