Assistant Architect /architectural Executive

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and design calculations
- Create 3D models and renderings to illustrate design concepts
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on design projects
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks
- Conduct site visits and review construction progress to ensure compliance with design intent
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in architectural design and documentation is preferred
