Achieve key targets through the planning, managing, coordination and direction of the day-to-day operations Conduct sales presentations and client management for sustainability solutions including renewable energy credits (RECs) and carbon credits Support trade management, payments, delivery and other operations for RECs and carbon credits Establish strong and effective relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners Coordinate with marketing and executive to execute operations Set up and maintain proper and accurate records/documents for audit trace Analyse customer/supplier feedback and identify needs to improve the business Identify trends in the market, marketing and business practices, competitors, and industry news relevant research to find new ways to capitalise on the ever-changing landscape Requirements Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, E-commerce or Marketing preferred Excellent written, communication and presentation skills Good overall understanding of operational, financial, and legal concepts Able to dive sales and build up rapport with external customers 2 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in Sustainability solutions/products such as Renewable Energy Certificates and Carbon Credits
