Bringing colourful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting Shangri-la is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitality, Food & Beverage, and family experiences; designed to bring families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and bond together. Scheduled to open in March 2023, this iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. We are looking for Assistant Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:

As the Assistant Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager, we rely on you to:
Support the Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager in daily operation
Manages Cafe operations experiences
To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
Set and maintain service standards
Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in a Food & Beverage environment
Leads by example
Creative with an eye for detail
Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
Willing to work shifts
