Join now to be part of the pioneering team to bring this exciting development to life! We are looking for Assistant Outlet Manager: As the Assistant Oulet Manager, we rely on you to:
- Support the Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager in daily operation
- Manages Cafe operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
- Set and maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in a Food & Beverage environment
- Leads by example
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
- Willing to work shifts
