Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centr Student Care Centre seeks Happy Positive Centre Heads! Come and JOIN US at our HAPPY SCHOOL! Roles and Responsibility . Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures. . Staff supervision and mentoring . Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders. . Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets . Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training. . Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA). Requirements: . Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage) . Possess excellent work ethics and integrity . Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin . At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
