Facilitating outstanding customer service
Creating a warm and welcoming environment
Resolving member issues with professionalism and patience
Devising and executing local marketing strategies to generate leads
Executing sales strategies and maintaining high occupancy
Curating and managing community programs designed to develop member relationships
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
Overseeing and executing daily office operations (including payment collection and billing monitoring)
Liaison with facilities team on building operations and maintenance
Contributing to social media, and newsletters, as well as exploring possible partnerships Qualifications
Good oral and written communication skills (English/Filipino)
Good interpersonal skills to handle a variety of contacts and clients
Computer proficiency (MS Office)
Proficiency in negotiations
