Job Description


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Supervise and direct Bell staff and activities. Able to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
  • Ensure a \xe2\x80\x9cwelcoming sense of arrival\xe2\x80\x9d and demonstrate a \xe2\x80\x9csincere farewell\xe2\x80\x9d while also ensuring the lobby , driveway, and Concierge area\xe2\x80\x99s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company
  • Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards
  • Maintains adequate supply of operational tools, stationery etc.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Great communication skills. Must speak fluent English and local language with other additional languages preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in an upscale hotel/equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
  • Computer literate (excel, word, office)
