Assistant Cost Manager
Responsibilities:
Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans
Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports
Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required
Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement
Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims
Prepare and agree final accounts
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.
1-3 years' experience in cost management as consultant or client representative
Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects
Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to the fast track project.
