Synergises with client departments and assigned working committees to identify, kick-start and eventually scale-up integrated learning solutions by leveraging innovative systems, technology, and learning science thorugh conceptualising, prototyping, implementation, and evaluation of projects and trials.
Enhances and improves current operational systems to align with the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals and meet operational requirements.
Integrates in-house system with other systems within client database to leverage on other datasets to better support evidence-based analysis and decision-making.
Analyses and provide insights to client\'s training operations using technology and behavioural learning science to understand and shift leaner mindsets/behaviour in the following areas:
Building micro-communities
Using information to engage residents
Re-conceptualising community programming
Using digitalization to enhance learning and interest group activities
Re-conceptualizing how our CC spaces are utilized
Conducts research on learning theories, data analytics and immersive technology guided by learning science principles to enhance client\'s training curriculum, pedagogies for future of learning experience.
Oversees the implementation of enhancing learning effectiveness by applying principles of educational psychology to understand and address learner\xe2\x80\x99s motivation, engagement and behaviour.
Ensures learning science concepts and recommendations are effectively communicated to various stakeholders and communications plans are adapted for different group of audiences.
Develops and implement a comprehensive programme evaluation plan, including the selection and use of appropriate outcome measures.
Oversees development and maintainenance of system for collecting and analysing data on programme outcomes and effectiveness.
Collaborates closely with Front Offices (Training Faculties) to ensure that outcome data are sufficiently collected, analysed, and implemented to improve programme and course effectiveness.
Identifies and leverages strategic alliances to support and advance client\'s plans for future of learning and community leadership development.
Supports Vice-Dean (Learning Science & Systems) in organising the department workplan and deliverables.
Builds and manages stakeholder networks (e.g. academics, consultants, specialists).
Oversees preparation and management of programming plans, budgets, and reports.
Prepares submissions and presents at management meeting.
Any other duties and projects as assigned by Senior Officers.
