What the role is:The role involves leading a team to deliver innovative tourism, leisure, and lifestyle concepts while driving business development and implementing effective leasing strategies to enhance the island\'s portfolio and business performance. Additionally, it requires managing tenant relationships, overseeing lease negotiations, and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with Sentosa\'s brand values and vision.What you will be working on:1) Lead a team to deliver tourism/ leisure/ lifestyle concepts in accordance with proposed plans and timelines. 2) Play a key role in the conceptualisation and implementation of effective leasing strategies and initiatives to continuously improve and enhance the island\'s portfolio, tenancy mix and business performances. 3) Lead team to identify and source for potential investors in the various verticals to take up space/land plots for development and activation of tourism/leisure/lifestyle related experiences. 4) Able to influence prospects and tenants to conceptualise and implement initiatives/ experiences that are aligned with the Sentosa\'s portfolio, brand values and vision. 5) Lead team to launch tenders / marketing exercises, prepare recommendations to management and ensure timely delivery of projects. 6) Lead team to handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to achieve highest returns on properties and minimise rental downtime. 7) Manage rental arrears and negotiations with tenants to achieve revenue budgets. 8) Oversee all lease management related work under the team\'s charge. Prepare and maintain financial reports, monitor budgets and conduct analysis to assess businesses\' performances, for instance. 9) Manage enforcement of Landlord\'s rights under tenancy agreements where necessary. 10) Conduct market research to identify upcoming industry trends, competitors and business opportunities in the tourism space. Ability to interpret data and make recommendations. 11) Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure win-win outcomes e.g. tenants, government / other agencies. 12) Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff. 13) Other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:
