Job Description


We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated Assistant Director (Strategy & PMO) to be part of our incredible team, supporting the planning, execution and achievement of Organization\'s work plan and deliverables.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Planning and Execution

  • Develop strategic healthcare models to effectively deliver Organization\'s FY30 workplan.
  • Strategic options analysis and evaluation: working with team members to understand and shape strategic options ahead of key CAPEX investment decisions.
  • Stimulate innovation: helping team members to identify new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and lead to better decision-making.
  • Develop and execute implementation initiatives using PMO framework.
Business Performance Management
  • Lead discussion with internal stakeholders and management on regular budget and forecast cycle.
  • Provide performance analysis in alignment with Organization\'s work plan and priorities.
Redevelopment Plan
  • Capability and capacity building: engage and help internal stakeholders to embrace a forward thinking mindset to configure effectively and develop their ability to deliver operational excellence in the master redevelopment plan
Collaborations/ Partnership
  • Develop a framework for inter-professional team collaborations with other healthcare institutions locally and regionally to promote learning and provide a more comprehensive care for patients.
  • Establish network and channels to further enhance NCIS leadership position in clinical research and clinical excellence locally and regionally.
Data Operations
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to understand needs for data structure, availability, scalability and accessibility.
  • Support translation of data business needs into technical system requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and optimization.
Project Stewardship
  • Assist in managing key projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to the executive.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations as needed.
People Development
  • Builds and leads a high-performing team and acts as counsellor, mentor, and coach.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or biomedical related
  • At least 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience. Those with experience working in the healthcare industry and/or project management will have an advantage.
  • Commercially oriented and able to articulate the strategic agenda of the work plan into executable, operational plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
