Job Description


What the role is:You will play a vital role in projecting medical manpower needs, developing, implementing and administering manpower strategies and initiatives involving medical manpower standards, training and development. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:As a member of a team, you will collaborate with healthcare practitioners, administrators, and educators on the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and develop policies to support the supply and quality of medical manpower \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive medical manpower workforce transformation efforts to ensure sustainability of healthcare system; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and implement policies to facilitate development and introduction of new training opportunities for medical manpowerWhat we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 More than 2 years of working experience in healthcare sector preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of public healthcare system \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in manpower development, training systems, modelling or projection will be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and in a team As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
