What the role is:You will lead a team to contribute in the development of manpower plans to meet current and future manpower requirements in MSD.What you will be working on:You will lead a team in the development, review and implementation of establishment and manpower planning framework and processes. Your team will also be developing and conducting manpower monitoring and analytics, as well as environment scanning to ensure the sustainability of the manpower plans. In addition, your team will participate in driving the organisation design and development efforts to ensure that the structure continues to support mission success.What we are looking for:You should have a tertiary education, preferably with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience and 2 years of management experience. You should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, and be a good team player.About Military Security Department:The Military Security Department (MSD)\'s core business is in Counter Intelligence and internal security for MINDEF/SAF. MSD was formed in 1975 to counter the threats of espionage, subversion and sabotage against MINDEF/SAF. It began with two main entities, namely the Counter Intelligence Branch (CIB) and Field Security Branch (FSB). Over the years, the department has continued to evolve and our roles expanded in tandem with the changing security environment. Today, our roles also include Counter Terrorism and Cyber Security.
