Passion for Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s founding history and legacy of our founding leaders and belief in what they hold for Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s future. We are Looking for a storyteller that will help people connect to the Mission of the Memorial and be driven to engage with our content. This role will report to the Director and work closely with Curatorial and Programming teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and oversee content and marketing strategy for the Memorial - to deliver multichannel marketing and communication campaigns for milestone projects to strengthen customer awareness and engagement with the Founders\xe2\x80\x99 Memorial
Work closely with the Memorial\xe2\x80\x99s Curatorial and Programming teams to create and write thought leadership content for multichannels, and with the Education & Interpretation teams to ensure brand integration and consistency
Work with NHB\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic Communications and Digital team to direct PR and communication agencies to deliver implement marketing initiatives and to track effectiveness of campaigns
Drive the Making of the Memorial project that will tell the story of how the Memorial was made with the nation, fleshing out the citizen engagement journey from 2015 in the form of documentaries and a publication. This includes working with Media Partners to draw up storyline and to oversee the collection of content and assets to showcase the Making of the Memorial
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with partners that range from media companies, think-tanks , businesses and non-profits that help amplify the Memorial\xe2\x80\x99s brand and work
Initiate and mange customer research projects such as awareness surveys
Undertake editorial role for marketing assets and collaterals
Requirements
Background in marketing and communications
Strong interest and background in history, arts and culture with creative storytelling skills
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a content creation and marketing role
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering multichannel marketing and communication campaigns with a focus on achieving targets and increasing reach and impact
Competence and creativity in developing and operating digital channels including website, social media accounts and email marketing platforms
Excellent creative writing and copywriting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with diverse stakeholders and partners
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
