What the role is:You play a pivotal role as the point of contact between the Army and the NSmen. You ensure timeliness and accurate generation of data to support the NS Commanders during their In Camp Training (ICT).What you will be working on:You oversee Human Resource (HR) adminstration and management of the NS units in area of succession planning & staffing of NS units. You also facilitate training co-ordination and engagements with NSmen. In addition, you organise cohesion activities for NS units. Your challenge lies in consistently being updated in the latest NS policies & implementation.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years\' experience in HR or similar role. You must be able to work in a dynamic NS landscape due to increasing challenging demands.
