What the role is:You oversee the performance of all Human Resource (HR) administration, HR management, training co-ordination, feedback management and NS engagement matters within the formation.What you will be working on:In addition, you liaise with various agencies.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years\' experience in HR/administration. You should have strong interest in process management and engagement line of work, possess strong command of English and strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to define problems, generate ideas for exploration, evaluate and select possible solutions, implement and evaluate outcome of chosen solutions and also to organise and lead teams.
