What the role is:You oversee the performance of all Human Resource (HR) administration, HR management, training coordination, feedback management and active engagement matters within the Brigade.What you will be working on:On this, you will be required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your challenges lie in understanding the NS system, demonstrating empathy for the issues faced by the NSmen, and effectively engaging with them.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 6 years\' relevant experience. Possession of excellent leadership, decision-making, organisation and time management skills is essential. You may be required to periodically travel overseas for work.
