Be responsible for providing and supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources under the guidance of Director of Human Resources. . Leading the Learning and Development initiatives for the hotel and the ability to create a Learning Culture of the company by demonstrating key competencies in Learning and Development functions. . A few of the defining attributes, includes engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation. . Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Human Resources policies and local regulations.We are looking for someone who : . Has a passion for people . Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel . Knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations . Has good communication and people management skills . Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task . Enjoys interacting with people . A team player, goals oriented, dependent, highly motivated, and with a high speed of execution.
