We are looking for an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our team

As an Assistant Director of HR, we rely on you to:

• Oversee recruitment, learning & development, staff welfare activities, CSR activities and all other human resources related functions
• Drive a high-performing and motivated workforce
• Proactively alerts the Executive Committee and General Manager on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner
• Demonstrate key competencies and values

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for people
• Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
• Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
• Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
• Has good communication and people management skills
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
• Able to communicate priorities and drives business result
