Job Description

:

• Deliver on desired performance and behaviours aligned to company values.
• Develop, implement and review progressive HR initiatives and supporting systems in the domains of Payroll, Compensation, Budgeting, and HR Information System (HRIS).
• Drive, review and implement a holistic and effective compensation strategy that attracts and retains different staff segments while ensuring proper salaries alignment and promotion grids to reflect internal parity and competitiveness against respective market benchmarks for company schemes of service.
• You will also get to lead and conduct annual salary competitive review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the annual compensation and manpower budgeting exercises.
• Drive, review and implement a holistic and effective benefits strategies and identify needs, formulate plans and oversee the implementation of staff benefits policies to ensure competitiveness of non-monetary compensation and supportiveness of Work-life policies.
• Responsible for conducting job evaluation for key jobs, promotion recommendations and as part of schemes review exercises.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in human resource management or related discipline (Degree)
• Highly analytical, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates professionalism and integrity in handling confidential matters
• A strong team player and demonstrates respect, care and concern when handling staff matters
• Agile and comfortable with digitalisation and working with systems in keeping pace with the innovation and dynamic work environment.
• Highly resilient. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Working Arrangement: Contract Duration: Permanent Working Hours: 5 Days a week, Monday to Friday, 0830 \xe2\x80\x93 1800 Hours (Monday to Thursday) 0830 \xe2\x80\x93 1730 Hours (Friday) Location: Near Outram Park Salary: Monthly Rated (depending on experience and qualification)
