We welcome you to join our team as: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR , PROMOTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL COURT Reporting to the Director (Business Development), your role as an Assistant Director, Promotions and Communications for the SICC is critical to the organization's success. By effectively managing media engagement, social media presence, event management, stakeholder and vendor relationships, and promotional activities, you will contribute to positioning the SICC as a leading international commercial court.What you will be working on:Media Engagement and Relations: Arrange foreign media briefings and handle media queries related to the President of the SICC. Develop and implement media strategies to effectively communicate the SICC's mission, vision, and values to the media. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, both locally and internationally, ensuring consistent messaging across all media channels. Manage media relations, including responding to queries and arranging interviews with the President of the SICC, in alignment with the organization's branding and communications strategy. Social Media Management: Oversee the SICC's interactions with the public through social media platforms. Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to enhance the SICC's online community presence. Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and organize various events and promotional initiatives for the SICC. Manage the project management of all SICC-related events, including coordination with internal and external vendors of specialized services. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives. Stakeholder and Vendor Relationship Management: Drive SICC's marketing activities, corporate communications, and stakeholder interactions. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to support the SICC's promotional and communication activities. Promotion and Marketing Initiatives: Conceptualize, plan, and organize various promotion and marketing initiatives for the SICC. Undertake project management of all SICC-related promotion and marketing projects, including collaboration with internal and external vendors of specialized services. Marketing Communications: Develop and implement SICC marketing communications collaterals to support promotional activities. Contact Management: Maintain a contact management system with a database of contact persons and interested stakeholders. Other Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks as assigned by Director (Business Development).What we are looking for:Requirements: Degree and background in marketing and corporate communications is preferred At least 5 years\' relevant work experience Strong in administrative and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of the English language Experience in social media management and engagement Having computer graphics design skills will be an advantage Able to work under pressure Organised, good with details and meticulous with commitment to deliver high quality work. Pro-active and able to work independently as well as in a team Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
