What the role is:You hold a key leadership role in managing and coordinating the intricacies of the recruitment process.What you will be working on:You analyse the recruitment data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and propose adjustment. You will also be playing a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the Army.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 6 years\' work experience, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field. You should possess strong leadership and team management skills and have the ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
