A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Engineering, Business, Science, Medicine, Humanities, Arts, & Social Sciences, and Graduate colleges.

The Assistant Director, Stakeholder Engagement plays a critical role in driving and leading Nanyang Entrepreneurship Academy\xe2\x80\x99s (NTUpreneur) strategic partnerships and engagement programmes (students and alumni), including the Communications strategies of the Academy. The incumbent will work across NTUpreneur departments, to curate and implement a strategically sustainable approach, and ensure impactful outcome. You will also work with other NTU departments, initiates and seek collaboration opportunities across NTU\xe2\x80\x99s schools, alumni and external partners to enhance entrepreneurship education and vibrancy on campus and grow Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s entrepreneur ecosystem. You will drive initiatives to conceptualise Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) co-curriculum, such as creating platforms and opportunities to advance students\xe2\x80\x99 entrepreneurial innovations and projects, organising hackathons, fireside chats, panel discussions, talks, recruitment and engagement of the NTUpreneur Students Ambassadors to grow student leadership in I&E activities, enhance students\xe2\x80\x99 learning, ensure that students receive a holistic and comprehensive entrepreneurship education, and increase vibrancy of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The incumbent will also provide support to NTUpreneur Alumni Association and oversee alumni engagement initiatives.

The incumbent will also oversee, plan budget and allocate limited resources and draft impact assessment for reporting purpose.

Responsibilities include:

Drive and lead students\xe2\x80\x99 co-curriculum and outreach activities and its implementation

Plan, conceptualise outreach strategies, seek strategic partners/ collaborators and oversee implementation of co-curriculum and outreach engagement activities such as annual NTUpreneur Day student orientation, talks, fireside chats, networking sessions, start-up visits and sharing sessions at the new NTU Innovation Port at Gaia.

Oversee the management and upkeep of the space with Student Ambassadors and NTUpreneur team, and drive I&E activities in the space.

Coordinate with Leads of academic programmes in NTUpreneur to drive a coordinated and concerted outreach strategy for NTUpreneur.

Ensure that activities contribute to developing students\xe2\x80\x99 holistic and comprehensive entrepreneurship education.

Drive and lead students\xe2\x80\x99 engagement initiatives, provide support to encourage student leadership in I&E initiatives

Drive student engagement efforts, and develop sustainable strategies to grow student leadership, including Student Ambaasadors by initiating conversations with major student groups such as, Student Union (NTU SU), NTU Entrepreneurship Society (NTU ES) and create platforms and opportunities for students to grow their entrepreneurial innovations.

Drive, lead and oversee effective communications strategies to increase awareness of NTUpreneur, its academic programmes, learning and growth opportunities at NTUpreneur and NTUpreneur\xe2\x80\x99s corporate image

Strategise and develop an effective communications and marketing strategies and campaign.

Oversee the content and production of communication materials for NTUpreneur to ensure an effective and consistent messaging, according to the guidelines of CCO.

Oversee content development for website and social media plateforms.

Oversee the development of corporate and student gifts as part of marketing efforts and conduct data analysis and implement impactful strategies to enhance audience-reach.

Ensure that other teams in NTUpreneur are also effective and consistent in their messaging.

Drive and oversee student support initiatives to advance and grow I&E ideas, and engage stakeholders and volunteers in these projects

Plan budget, allocate limited resources, and initiate effective strategies to ensure sustainability of the NTUpreneur volunteer mentor network. Oversee scheduling of NTUpreneur\xe2\x80\x99s Mentorship Clinic to ensure smooth meetings between students and volunteer mentors.

Connect students to NTUpreneur\xe2\x80\x99s network.

Seek collaborators or sponsors to support students-led I&E activities and programmes.

Act as a liaison person for NTUpreneur Alumni Association

Represent NTUpreneur and act as a Liaison in NTUpreneur\xe2\x80\x99s Alumni Association.

Oversee and plan alumni engagement activities.

Where necessary, leverage on the support of the alumni and facilitate collaborations, or internship and mentorship opportunities.
