What the role is:Role You will be responsible for CSA\'s role as sector lead for the cybersecurity sector and drives CSA\'s efforts to develop resiliency and preparedness plans and regulations for the cybersecurity sector in Singapore, especially services necessary for national security and survival.What you will be working on:Responsibilites 1) Mapping of the cybersecurity sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand the lay of the land, identify the cybersecurity services essential for national security and national survival, and the firms/agencies, infrastructure and resources required for the continuous provision of the identified services \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess services to be included as essential services in other relevant legislation (e.g. CLTPA) 2) Cybersecurity policies & guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop nationwide and sector specific policies and standards on the acceptable levels of operation during peacetime and crisis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop frameworks, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for firms providing essential services to ensure their resiliency and preparedness in all situations, including during national crisis 3) Compliance to the cybersecurity sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage relevant stakeholders both industry players and government agencies who provide identified cybersecurity essential services to ensure that the necessary measures are implemented, and guidelines are adhered to. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate, audit and ensure compliance. 4) Resource planning during crisis \xe2\x80\xa2 Seek buy-in and work closely with relevant sector leads including ministries and agencies (e.g. MHA, MTI, MOM, EMA, etc) to ensure that resources (e.g. manpower, supplies, electricity) necessary for the delivery of the essential service is available during crisis.What we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in developing crisis preparedness plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in operational enforcement, policy development or in the cybersecurity domain will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly driven, meticulous and organised \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical and critical thinker, possess sharp policy acumen \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, writing and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and people management skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders, align interests and build partnerships \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as in a team If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
