Manage the end-to-end HR process for recruiting and onboarding medical specialists, from interviews to integration into the organization.
Oversee Total Performance Management for clinicians / medical specialist at the group level, including data preparation, analysis, charting, and calibration.
Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence for Manpower Planning & Analytics on specialist workforce planning. This includes participating in manpower discussions by clinical service line, monitoring future workforce needs, mapping specialty pipelines, identifying workforce gaps, performing basic manpower adequacy analyses, documenting meeting outcomes, and tracking progress.
Work closely with various Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to review and update medical HR policies, ensuring they remain relevant, compliant with regulations, and aligned with changes in the healthcare landscape.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, legislation, and manpower planning specific to clinicians.
Lead, mentor, and motivate HR Executives to deliver HR plans, programs, processes, and services effectively and professionally.
Undertake additional projects or assignments as required.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of excellence in human resource management and leadership.
A collaborative team player who is also independent, resourceful, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Prior HR experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
