Job Description


The AD/SM, Operations to be part of our incredible team, supporting the ACOO to ensure the efficient operations of oncology services across the cluster, achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume targets, processes, and learning & growth perspectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary internal and external stakeholders such as clinicians, nursing, allied health, and pharmacy to ensure smooth operations of inpatient and outpatient units.
  • Review processes to improve overall key performance indicators/ outcomes in the areas of total patient experience, operational efficiency, and optimise resources utilization.
  • Assist with annual budget cycle by recommending required CAPEX and OPEX budget needs and preparing approval papers. Track and monitor approved budget to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Achieve targets for the clinical services assigned and be responsible for developing and carrying out business plans to ensure that goals are reached.
  • Ensure a positive experience for patients along the continuum of care and devising innovative ways to continually improve service levels.
  • Lead and participate in key projects supporting the achievement of centre\xe2\x80\x99s strategic work plans.
  • Builds and leads a high-performing team and acts as counsellor, mentor, and coach.
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a recognized institution, MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a Healthcare, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical environment.
  • A positive and \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
  • Exhibit professionalism by demonstrating personal accountability, effective work habits, empathy and teamwork.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to exercise good judgement in diverse situations and balance multiple priorities, without sacrificing quality and meet tight deadlines.
  • Resourceful and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong command in English is required. Other language skills are desirable but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills (M365 \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, communication platforms)
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and assume additional responsibilities, as required.
