The role: Reporting to the Head of People, you will play a key role at the Group level to leverage on C&B competencies to refine their unique Total Rewards philosophies and framework to harmonize across all business entities. The unique nature of this role suits an individual is who is keen on the following: - Span of work that mirrors that of an internal consultant for the Group\xe2\x80\x99s individual portfolio companies, creative in designing total rewards initiatives for varied business units across the Group. Key responsibilities:
Independently build proposals on design, development and improvement; Incentive plans
Co-design regional investment-focused short-term incentive plan framework and regional compensation plans
Co-design and co-develop executive compensation plans Benefits
Participate (and in some cases lead) Benefits deep dive across the group ad review design.
Track market and regulatory trends impacting benefits programs to ensure insured benefits programs are aligned with Group\xe2\x80\x99s well-being mandate and also current/future needs of colleagues.
Use of technologies and change management communication to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuously review current practices, research for market trends, and innovate best-fit practices to drive the transformation of the organization (structure, roles, processes) with reference to the total rewards approach.
Partner country leads to align and local adapt- consistently use relevant guided approaches and tools for pay and performance ensuring compliance with local government requirements.
The person:
You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics or any related field.
Certifications in Rewards from accredited forums is desirable.
You possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR, with core experience gained in the C&B Space.
Prior experience in compensation & benefits ideally in a private equity/fund management/rewards consulting firm environment preferred.
Proven track record of having designed, developed, or reviewing C&B frameworks.
Strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong team player with the willingness to collaborate and succeed collectively as a HR team.
