Assistant Director / Senior Manager (sales Operations)
Job Description
:
You will be part of a dynamic sales team to drive the Gardens\xe2\x80\x99 sales & marketing efforts across various sales channels through exploring new markets, opportunities and partnerships in achieving its visitorship and revenue targets.
You will need to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless execution of business plans in upholding Gardens by the Bay as a world class garden and premier leisure destination. You will be responsible in ensuring smooth sales operations processes of the Sales and Marketing team with respect to the ticketing system, contracting, finance, payments and procurement related administration.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or other relevant fields with a good understanding of attraction ticketing system and processes.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience with proven track record in sales.
- Meticulous and organised team player with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Committed and responsible team player with excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with numbers/reports and Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
