Develop digital roadmap fo corporate digital platforms to support organisation objectives and ensure relevance to audience
Develop and oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns and ground activation strategies and campaigns for overall branding, products and services
In collaboration with our Human Capital Management team, develop recruitment branding strategies, online recruitment marketing, and execute ground activation campaigns
Lead the team in managing the organisation\'s digital platforms (including websites and social media pages) to drive performance and creating quality content that engages our target audience
Establish relationship with public healthcare and tech partners\' social media teams, identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion with external stakeholders and leverage partner platforms to extend influence and reach
Monitor social media to spot trends and develop opportunistic content to gain greater online engagement
Work including external agencies on digital programmatic, search engine marketing, media buy and other activities to achieve growth in online performance
Stay abreast of social media trends and developments, competitor research, and monitor performance to gain contextualised insights for data-driven content development
Manage a small team of digital marketers
Requirements
A degree in a relevant discipline covering areas such as marketing communications and digital marketing.
At least 12 years of in-house or agency work experience in a similar capacity.
Accomplished in developing digital marketing roadmaps and strategies and managing digital platforms with proven track record
Accomplished in digital marketing analytics and metrics to track and analyse the effectiveness of the marketing plan against the strategy and objectives to gain relevant and actionable insights.
Experience in creating strong, engaging content for digital platforms
A strong communicator with the ability to network across the company with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide good service orientation.
Experienced in managing teams with a strong vision, organised, and meticulous
A positive team player with an ownership mindset.
Able to work independently with the ability to handle pressure under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of healthcare or technology industries would be advantageous. .
