Job Description

To be part of a dynamic team and be responsible for the planning and provision of integrated seamless and comprehensive clinical care. This is to be done through working with the institution clinical leads or equivalent to drive the formulation and implementation of the NUHS Care Plan and Models of Care.

Overall, the role of the Assistant Director is to assist the Care Plan Office in project management and monitoring of NUHS Care Plan implementation. This includes supporting the Directors, and Vice GCMB in their role.

Job Responsibitlies

• Support the Performance Office in achieving the objectives as defined in the NUHS Care Plan.
• Liaise with stakeholders, leads for models of care to track implementation progress
• Development of Performance dashboard to present performance indicators to Senior Management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and cluster institutions to track, monitor and analyse performance of cluster level performance indicators.
• Follow-up on any resultant action items related to performance indicators

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline with at least 7 years of experience in healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare industry and/or project management is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across stakeholders
• Strong organization, analytical and inter-personal skills are essential, to be meticulous, self-initiated and independent
• Able to work in a fluid environment, amidst rapid changes and multiple demands
• Work under tight timelines is a plus
• Expertise in Microsoft Office is required
• Basic statistical skills.
• Good oral, written and presentation skills
• Experience in managing a team is a plus
