What the role is:Family Life Group (FLG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges. You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division in FLG to help nurture a community-based, family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life through the Families for Life movement. We promote family-centric campaigns, parenting and marriage programmes and form partnerships with corporate and community stakeholders and volunteers to promote and strengthen families.What you will be working on:Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Stakeholder Engagement), you will drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and partners in the public, private, people sectors to promote family and strengthen family relationships. Your day-to-day work may include, but is not limited to, the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop holistic strategies on engaging corporate and community partners in championing and supporting families \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with key and existing partners, whilst actively exploring innovative approaches to expand our network \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with partners to work together and shape partnership plans which establishes common goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organize stakeholder engagement platforms such as appreciation sessions and networking opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain stakeholder engagement databases, including planning of budgetWhat we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Pleasant and positive personality, enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds \xe2\x80\xa2 Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and a good team player
