As part of a team implementing suptech solutions, the Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in engaging with stakeholders, including business users, in rolling out a SupTech evaluation framework to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of SupTech solutions. The manager will also support the C&C team to develop presentation and training materials to support MAS officers understanding of the C&C framework and assessment tools.The Engagement Manager will be expected to cover the following:Stakeholder Research and Engagement:Identify key stakeholders to drive the adoption of SupTech solutions and C&C initiatives among business users.Assess stakeholders\' readiness for change and develop tailored engagement strategies.Understand stakeholders\' perceptions of SupTech solutions and C&C initiatives and devise strategies to manage changes and effective usageValue Positioning:Clearly articulate the value proposition of SupTech solutions and C&C initiatives.Communicate how these solutions are useful/beneficial for business users.Communication Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan for rolling out an evaluation framework for SupTech initiatives.Utilize appropriate communication tools to enhance the adoption and successful implementation of SupTech solutions.Strategically stage the communications plan and rollout of SupTech solutions to maximise impact and buy-in from users.Develop and implement campaigns to promote learning of C&C initiatives within the organisation.Creation and Update of Engagement Materials:Develop demos, hands-on sessions, presentation materials, EDMs, FAQs, and other relevant materials to support stakeholder engagement.Design and create in-house e-learning resources/programmes for C&C initiatives.Support and Engagement Strategy:Collaborate with the developers and business owners to develop and implement an engagement strategy to drive and reinforce adoption and utilization post-launch.Establish processes to engage new business users and effectively communicate new features and updates.Coordinate with MAS Academy on the logistics for in-house training programmes for C&C initiatives.[What are we looking for]Prior experience in marketing / event management / communications / digital products is preferredExperience working with a broad range of communications tools and platformsFamiliar with various design tools to create marketing collateral and e-learning materialsFamiliar and working experience with ADKAR methodologies preferredGood written and verbal communication skills as you will be expected to interface with various senior internal and external stakeholders directlyTeam player with experience working with a diverse set of stakeholdersThis is a 1-year contract position.
