What the role is:What the Role is:
You will be involved in developing and reviewing People\'s Association (PA)\'s strategic thrusts, developing long-term directions and strategies, steering PA towards strategic innovation and transformation.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic resource management;
- Track progress of achieving PA\'s strategic priorities and identifying gaps to be addressed;
- Develop and review strategies to build PA\'s internal capabilities;
- Plan and coordinate reviews, seminars and workshops to align management and staff
- Provide secretariat support for PA Board and senior management platforms;
- Coordinate and prepare submissions to external agencies.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Keen questioning eye and desire to improve the system
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Hardworking and meticulous
- Resourceful and proactive
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
