What the role is
You lead a team in managing training resources and administration, unit operations and logistics requirements.
What you will be working on
This includes working closely with different agencies in formulating training workplans and ensuring optimal resources allocation to support training needs. You also supervise the administration of manpower staffing and manage the resource budget in accordance with existing guidelines. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of the changing training landscape requirements, manage limited training areas and resources, and responding to changes within short timeframes.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 5 years’ work experience in managing and coordinating training, human resource and logistics management. Possession of strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills are essential. You must be passionate, committed, driven for results, as well as competent in using Microsoft Office applications and internet digital tools.
