Responsible for PABX systems, routine telephone operation functions, audio, and PA systems
Maintain newsletter, circulars, and Bye-laws copies are always available
Guest registration, receipt, and debit notes issuance, car label issuance, membership application forms, and enrolment forms for social activities
Attend to feedbacks and incidents in the club which require further attention
Conduct random checks at different facilities to ensure members comply with Club\'s constitution and Bye-laws
Handle potential member\'s request on Club tours, participate in Operation meeting in the absence of Duty Manager
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Minimum a professional certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel management related field
At least 2 years of hospitality experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and independent
Able to work under pressure, and over weekends, public holidays
PC literate

Retail hours, 5.5 days
Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Bonuses
