Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales
Online portal maintenance including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution
Ensure functionality on a daily basis by doing website checks
Prepare and create product listing on online platform.
End to end order processing for all online orders from confirmation of orders to fulfilment.
Report and analyse Ecommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities.
Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments as well as external business partners and service providers that support online business.
Customer service management for online order enquires.
Submit weekly sales reports
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree In Business, Marketing or other relevant fields
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and at least 1-2 years of experience in handling E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify and Big Commerce.
Experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
Sound knowledge of website management and Ecommerce usability
Proficient with Microsoft office Applications
Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required.
Good interpersonal communication skills
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Possess positive working attitude and able to multi-task
